Step-by-step guide to your first run of Bohemica Signage.
Choose a player
To display content, you need a screen (TV, monitor, information panel, digital display) and a player.
To ensure compatibility, we recommend players from our selection.
Raspberry Pi 5 (compact version)
Pre-installed available for purchase at rpishop.cz (coming soon to Amazon)
ASUS NUC (recommended)
Connect the player to the screen and the internet
The next step is to connect the player to the screen and the network.
1
Internet connection
Connect the LAN cable to the local network and the player (for Wi-Fi connection see below).
2
Video and power
Connect the player to the screen with an HDMI cable and to the power outlet with the original USB-C power adapter.
3
Start
The Raspberry Pi starts immediately (it has no power button) and the red and green LEDs will light up.
4
Pairing phrase
After 1–2 minutes, three words will appear on the screen – a unique code for pairing.
Pair the player with your account
Now we connect the device to your Bohemica Signage account, where you’ll be able to manage and schedule content remotely.
1
Log in
On your computer or phone, open app.bsgn.cc and log in. If you don’t have an account, create one.
2
Create a new screen
Menu → Screens → New screen. Enter a name and save.
3
Pair the device
In the screen details, find the Device ID field and enter the three words from the screen connected to the Raspberry Pi.
Log in to your account
Log in to your Bohemica Signage account from your computer or phone.
Upload media and create a playlist
Before you can start playing content, you need to upload it into the system and organize it. Supported formats: images (JPG, PNG), video (MP4), links (URL), audio (MP3, WAV).

In the admin menu, click Media.
2
Upload files

In the playlist detail, click Add and select content from the library.

Click Assign playlist and select the playlist you created from the list.
